I always liked this car. To me it is one of the best looking Ferraris. It is really rare as only around 280 cars were ever produced.
Engine: 1984-'85 Ferrari 288 GTO, an amazing automobile built in quantities just sufficient enough to homologate it for FIA Group B racing. At 2,557 pounds, it's a featherweight. Armed with twin turbos, the tiny 2.8-liter V-8 can spin up 400hp at 7,700 RPM and 366-lbs.ft. of torque at 3,800 RPM. The U.S.-spec version can hit an honest 175 MPH flat out and the car was capable of dashing to 60 MPH in 4.8 seconds. The quarter-mile would whiz past in just 12.7 seconds.
Body: Lightweight materials were used throughout, many of them only used in Ferrari's F1 contenders. The entire body was made of kevlar, fiberglass and aluminium, except for the doors which for safety reasons were made of steel. Kerb weight was low at 1160 kg.
All credit for model goes to the respected author. Everything else (materials, scene setup, render setup, post work) by me. Love it or hate it, choice is yours.
